It's probably been sent to valve, from max's previous posts it's dependent on someone at valve to actually push it to the steam network. My client is still 161 with no sign of an update :/

on get satisfaction i suggested for a "visable" firing arc for sentry guns to make it more clear where it can and cannot shoot

Quite a few of the brown pipes behind grates in tram and on the ceiling are missing a finishing piece, outside the middle tech point and the data center area are two I noted. There's a collision hull face or two left in the Alien hive, and the ladder in the marine spawn still requires you to duck to get on the walkway, but for some reason in 161 it was fine, in 162 I am finding I manage to ram myself in to the ceiling around that area by pressing duck and pushing up at the top.
Well done to NS2HD, I don't manage to get the performance increase he got :(

I got a good fps bump, but the most important difference is that the fps is smoother. No more intermittent fps drops.
this new build is sweet. Mostly for the fps gain, now I can play at medium setting with my 8800gt. Had some dodgy movement and hit reg once in a while though. Don't know what to say about the flamer, the marines didnt use it much though it was unlocked. It damages less now so you can attack 1 guy with it, but I warn you - if you blinked alot or held down M1 for too long against a flamer, you will end up with no ability to attack or blink away :D I did see a guy on fire for a full minute even though he stood near two crags :(

I like ns2hd videos but his videos don't show much constructive criticisms. He always shows everything how great, amazing or changes but not actual problems. maybe its just me, i don't know.
as for performance boost, i've played number of games, at the start it was alright with some slight freezing but not so much. but through the mid game, it was all the same for me as it was in earlier patch.
i do love the minimap, finally knowing where to go and where i'm is a good change.

Awesome, CoH and DoWII had such a great way to deploy weapons with a limited arc.
Poor Hydra optimization (create 5+) keeps getting pushed back patch after patch.
