In this playthrough I plan to call it "Apollo 13"

Warpers: their ability to yank me out of my protective shell really stirs up an ancestral fear; they are the reason why the Cyclops is my vehicle of choice for all warper-infested areas until I cure myself of the infection.

Mine is the Ghostray; I like building an Observatory in the Tree Cove, and watching them as they swim around.

While swimming around near the southern lava geyser, in the Safe Shallows, I saw this peeper hanging upside down, with three floaters attached to it:

I don't know if it's related, but since starting a new game in Experimental I have noticed the crashfish aggro range seems to have ballooned; I have been attacked multiple times by crashfishes while simply swimming in the Safe Shallow, nowhere near …

I experienced the same bug a few times in experimental; entering the Cyclops and then exiting always fixed it; even entering and exiting a base might work.

Speaking of decoys, do manually deployed Cyclops decoys work with Warpers? If they do, dropping one when the Warper teleports you out of your sub might give you some precious time to flee, or to react effectively

After a few more horrible deaths I finally managed to drill the warper in the face before it could yank me out of the Prawn Suit; after that it apparently learned the lesson, and I was free to play Tarzan on the Facility walls until I found the entr…

So far, I have always played in Freedom mode, because I'm more interested in the exploration/building aspects than in the survival mechanics. In addition, I try never to kill any creature (problem is reciprocality in Do you play in Survivor or Explorer mode... and why? Comment by arcasor September 2016

I'd say somewhere inbetween; my main base generally consists of a work area, a nuclear reactor, a moonpool and a relax area with a bedroom, an office, a greenhouse room, a three-storey aquarium and an observatory

What I have noticed is that predators now tend to expand to the surrounding biomes, while before they seemed to stick to their own territory; Sandshark spawning rate also seems to be a bit excessive: at present there are about 10 Sandsharks who have…

I generally look for a reasonably safe place close to multiple biomes; I tend to build one base at the crosspoint between Safe Shallows, Sparse Reef and Kelp Forest, one in the Mushroom Forest east of the Safe Shallows and one in the Sea Treader's P…

Playing in Freedom mode, my priorities are oxygen tanks, knife, radiation suit and scanner

The same happened to me a few weeks ago; the fragment eventually disappeared after the fifth or sixth scanning cycle -
I have been experiencing them for a long time; as far as I can tell, the reflected environment is the area where the Cyclops was originally built. The same applies to the Exosuit: I spawned one at the boundary between the Mushroom Forest and the sec…

In this playthrough I called the Cyclops "Discovery 1" (after 2001 A Space Odyssey) and the Seamoth "C-Pod".
In my first playthrough I called it "Titanic"A similar glitch happens in version 33837 when trying to leave a moonpool
Edit: I tried again; this time I left the Seamoth and saw it was stuck just below the pool water level, with no apparent obstacles around
Today I had my first close encounter with a crabsquid, while exploring the Deep Grand Reef in a Seamoth; it was totally unexpected and it made me jump out of my skin in Your favourite predator! Comment by arcasor June 2016
